Rosemary

This aromatic herb is so unique that there is no flavor that compares to its woodsy aroma.  It possesses notes of Citrus, Evergreen, Lavender, Mint, Pepper, Pine & Sage.  As a member of the Mint family it originates from the coastal regions of the Mediterranean. This herb has many uses as it is wonderful in perfumes, breads, a great companion to lamb and grilled meats, seafood & soups.  In terms of sweets, it is a lovely addition to cakes and pastries.
